Got your lab results? Understand them.
Lab reports are full of abbreviations, numbers and reference ranges. Send us yours, from any laboratory, and our team will explain what each result means in plain language and what to discuss with your doctor.
Three simple steps
Send a request
Fill in the short form below. It opens WhatsApp with your details ready to send. We confirm the fee and timeline before any review starts.
Share your report
Attach your result as a PDF or a clear photo in the same chat. Include the whole report so we can see reference ranges and units.
Get your explanation
You receive a written summary: what each result means, what's outside range, and questions to take to your doctor. A short call is available on request.
A clear, written explanation
- Each result explained in plain language
- What's inside and outside the reference range, and roughly how far
- Patterns across related results (for example, a full blood count read as a whole)
- Questions to ask your doctor, and whether a follow-up or repeat test is commonly advised
- A check of the report itself: missing units, unclear ranges or signs a sample issue may have affected results
Clear about our limits
- It is not a diagnosis and does not replace seeing a doctor
- We do not prescribe or recommend starting or stopping medication
- It is not an emergency service
- We don't interpret imaging (X-ray, scan) or biopsy/cancer pathology reports. Please discuss those directly with your doctor
Reviews are carried out by qualified healthcare professionals, e.g. registered medical laboratory scientists / MDCN-registered doctor

Questions about result reviews
How much does a review cost?
The fee depends on how many tests are on your report. We confirm the price on WhatsApp before we begin, and you only pay once you've agreed.
How long does it take?
We aim to reply within 30 minutes of receiving your full report and payment. We'll tell you if it will take longer.
My result came from a different lab. Is that okay?
Yes. We review reports from any laboratory in Nigeria or abroad. Please send the full report including the reference ranges printed by that lab, because ranges vary between labs and methods.
Can you tell me what's wrong with me?
No. Only a doctor who can take your history and examine you can make a diagnosis. We help you understand your results so you can have a better-informed conversation with your doctor.
What happens to my report afterwards?
We use it only for your review and keep it only as long as needed. You can ask us to delete it at any time. See our Privacy Notice.
Can I request a review for my parent or child?
Yes, with their permission, or if you're the parent or legal guardian of a child. The form asks you to confirm this.
