How we handle your information

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

This website does not store form entries. Forms open WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. The contact page shows an embedded Google Map, which may process your IP address when you view it.

3. How we use it

• To carry out your result review and reply to you
• To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver services
• To keep records required by law and for quality and safety

We do not sell your data or use your health information for marketing.

4. Who we share it with

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): our messaging provider. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, but Meta processes some metadata and may process data outside Nigeria.
• Our reviewing professionals, who are bound by confidentiality.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep result review files for 48 months after the review is complete, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.

6. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing already carried out), object to processing, and ask for your data in a portable format. Contact enquiries@etchlifesolutions.com. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

7. Security

We limit access to people who need it, use secured devices and delete result files once they're no longer needed. If a breach puts your rights at risk, we'll notify the NDPC and, where required, you.

8. Children

Results for anyone under 18 should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
